These Terms of Service govern bookings made with SkyCat Media LLC ("SkyCat Media," "we," "us") for drone photography and videography flights. By requesting an estimate or booking a flight, you agree to the terms below.
Estimates are based on the project details you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before a flight is scheduled. Flights are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, and equipment availability, and may need to be rescheduled for safety reasons.
By booking a flight, you confirm that you have the right to authorize aerial photography of the property in question, or that you are booking on behalf of someone who does. SkyCat Media flies under an active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and follows applicable FAA regulations and local airspace restrictions.
Edited photos and video are delivered within the turnaround window quoted at booking, typically 24–48 hours unless otherwise agreed. Raw, unedited footage is not included unless specifically arranged in advance.
Payment terms are confirmed at booking. If a flight can't be completed due to weather or access issues on the scheduled date, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. Cancellations made with reasonable notice will not be charged.
Delivered photos and video are licensed to the client for the purpose the shoot was booked for (for example, a listing, an inspection report, or event coverage). SkyCat Media retains the right to use delivered imagery in its own portfolio and marketing unless the client requests otherwise.
SkyCat Media carries commercial drone liability insurance and takes standard safety precautions on every flight. SkyCat Media is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, airspace restrictions, or other conditions outside our control.
