Before you book

Do I need to be home during the shoot?

Not for exterior work. We'll coordinate access to the property beforehand and confirm the flight window with you or your agent.

How far in advance should I book?

Most shoots are scheduled within a week. For time-sensitive needs like an upcoming showing or insurance deadline, let us know and we'll do our best to expedite.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?

We monitor conditions and reschedule at no charge if wind, rain, or visibility make a flight unsafe or unusable.

Can you fly near an airport or restricted area?

In many cases, yes — our Part 107 certification allows us to request FAA airspace authorization where needed. Tell us the property location and we'll confirm before booking.
