This Privacy Policy explains how SkyCat Media LLC ("SkyCat Media," "we," "us") handles information collected through skycatmedia.pages.dev and in the course of providing drone photography and videography services.
When you request an estimate, book a flight, or contact us, we may collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, and details about the project you're asking us to fly.
Like most websites, this site may also collect basic technical information automatically — such as browser type, device, and pages visited — through standard hosting and analytics tools.
We do not sell your personal information.
Photos and video captured during a flight are taken for the purpose of the booked project. With a client's permission, select work may be featured in our portfolio or on social media to showcase our services. If you'd prefer a project not be used this way, let us know and we'll leave it out.
We don't share your personal information with third parties except as needed to complete a project (for example, a lender or insurance adjuster you've asked us to deliver footage to), or where required by law.
You can ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop using a project in our portfolio, by messaging us on Instagram or emailing the address below.
